Prayer

It’s human nature to have a desire to achieve the impossible. God gave us dreams and plans for the future which, humanly speaking, seem impossible. However in Mark 9:23, Jesus declares that “Everything is possible for him who believes”.

For this reason we meet together regularly to pray for each other and for our city, in the Sunday celebrations, in Life Groups and in other contexts. The prayer meeting is one of our priorities because we bring our worries and anxieties to God and receive His rest. Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

We also seek guidance and the answers we need to achieve the impossible goals which He has called us to, so we face the future expectantly an full of hope. “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew 6:9-10

Matthew 7:7-8, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you”.
